I have VPS with 4 cores and 12gb ram. But my sites have bad server response time. all have over 800ms usually over 1sec from germany to USA. While i run test in [login to view URL] If i run test to eu country then i have 400ms and more. So i looking for some one who know how to optimize my server. optimize server,apache,nginx and all around to speed up sites.
