We need the programming part of the project.

A brief description:
We will provide the designs, 3D Content and all the animations and walk through videos along with 3D files (in FBX format) or any other format if need it.
The idea is to host 3D Virtual Events.
Events will be the same as if you go to a fair at a convention center. in real life, but this time virtually.
Visitors enter and register with their personal details.
Walk through the halls and around the venue.
See the different stands (outside the stands, from the halls) and also enter on each stand (inside the stands).
In this case, click to view the digital brochures/catalogs/flyers in pdf, click to see videos (YouTube eg), click to see more information about that company and contact details, leave their contact info.
Live Chat and Live Video Calls between visitors and exhibitors (so visitors can ask any question they have and exhibitor answer the questions live).
Live Chat and Live Video Calls between exhibitors and Admin (me) (for live support in case they have any problems or need any help).
Visitors can create characters, walk around, chat between each other for networking, if they can exchange business cards or contact details will be good.
It is web-based (website/online).
You could use Unity, Unreal Engine, Lavarel, or any other program if it does the job.
