World of Warcraft LUA Addon

I would like to hire a LUA programmer to create an addon for World of Warcraft that will function as a "Solo Queue" addon for rated arenas. Currently users have to manually go into a Looking for Group interface panel and search through pages of groups to try to find other players of the same rating. The base functionality of the addon should include: Match a player with 2 other players near each other's Current Rating Match a group of 2 players to find a 3rd of similar rating Create the 3 person party Add the matched members to the party Set target markers on each party member After leaving the arena each player gets a button to vote "Stay together as a team?" Include interface panel for setting matching parameters to customize matching preferences (party composition, class preference, rating band)
