I am RTL Design Engineer and thus knows Verilog very well. There are 2 ways in which this project can be done. One is only worrying about code that can be simulated and verified on simulator and another is synthesizable that not only can be verified on simulator but also on FPGA board. I am capable of providing both kind of design.
