Local Atlanta Drone Video Needed For Real Estate

We need an accomplished drone filmmaker to shoot a spectacular 1-2 minute exterior video of a home that sits on a bluff overlooking the river in North Atlanta. The focus of the video is not actually showing as much on the home itself, but instead showing the incredible location, waterfront, towering “treehouse” type views overlooking the fall colors. We want to schedule to ensure a portion of the video takes place at sunset so that we can capture the amazing views. Please note that the drone must be capable of covering an area several hundred yards away to allow an “approach by river” segment so that potential buyers have a kayaker’s pov which then helicopters straight up to above the tree line and bluff to reveal the home perched atop massive boulders.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in drone videography and capturing high-quality footage
- Knowledge of the Atlanta area and ability to identify the best angles and shots for the property
- Ability to edit the footage and create a visually appealing and engaging video
- Attention to detail and ability to capture the property's unique selling points
