short product marketing video with graphics for social media

we want a short video for posting on whatts app and linkedin , we have most data , the same has to be designed and properly compiled need some graphics to be added catch phrases and quotes to be made we wish to create an inspirational short video of under 2 minutes, data included which we want to show is with us. But we need a person who can trasnform it into a video in which our users can understand the message.
