Innovative flash/animated website homepage

I am looking for graphic/animation/flash designing of my website homepage in flash or any script like that. It should load really fast and compatible in every browser. It can be a simple image, cartoon picture, sketch, animation, or 3D real-life picture. There should be some functionality on mouse hover.
I need the following things in the design:
1. A school or educational institution.
2. People in line outside the school gate.
3. A lady with cats and dogs on the footpath.
4. A car on the road.
5. A writer writing something on a book and his friend using a phone tablet.
6. A big hoarding with advertisement.
7. An electronic store.
8. An ATM.
9. A phone booth.
10. Two men shaking hands. One in formal and one in casual.
11. A person showing a play on the road with few people surrounding him.
12. A hospital or clinic.
13. Models in bikini.
14. A restaurant or maybe food counter.
15. A couple sitting in the park or walking in the street.
16. A guard or commando with gun and arms.
17. A stock market or exchange rates on board.
Please note that all the above-mentioned points should be included and much visible. You can make anything small or big to accommodate the space.
Of course, you can use your own creativity and add other stuffs to make it more attractive. I like the whole layout to be typical street view like New York or British traditional. I would really appreciate an admin panel or at least something where I can edit some text or links present in the homepage.
