Re-Edit a software demo video that I created. Polish it up

I am working on a software demo video for a mobile app and desktop web portal for the world wildlife fund. It is a system to digitally track documents through the shrimp supply chain in Thailand. Users use the mobile to take pictures of completed documents and then upload them and send them to purchasers and governing bodies from the supply chain. I will generate the video over the next couple days and then hand off the finished "Rough" video with all of the video clips and voice overs describing the features. I am looking to tell the story of the shrimp supply chain thailand and that users from each stage in the process can use the mobile app to capture traceability documents and send them forward in the chain. With the end result being a digital packet of traceability documents allowing shrimp processors and retailers to prove that they do not have any forced/slave labor or Illegal unreported or unregulated fish products in their supply chains. I am totally open to having someone changing the flow and feel of the video. I will provide the video clips of the app and desktop in use, as well as the imagery for the background of the video. I will also provide the voice over clips to describe the functionality of the app. I will send a link the previous video that I created so that you can get a feel project once I have an NDA in place.
