Hello,
Thank you for posting your requirement.
My name is Inderjeet and own a small IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (MS-DOS based desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, Asterisk based VoIP and Wowza based live/VoD video streaming solutions for about 10 years. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) on their behalf besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs. Currently serving International clients for video streaming, IPTV, IoT, interfacing, backend support and VoIP related services through these portals.
1. Which version of Wowza and license type are you using?
2. How are you recording the videos? Some 3rd party module or built-in recording function?
3. Are the streams being pulled or pushed?
4. What is the latency between the camera and the Wowza server?
5. Possible more questions...
I might need RDP/ssh access to the wowza server and maybe the camera too in order to look at the files/logs and see if any obvious issue is there. I have mentioned 5 days considering monitoring the streams if needed but it will be done sooner.
That should be enough for now. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you and building a long lasting and mutually fruitful relationship.
Yours Sincerely,
Inderjeet Singh Sodhi
