Shoot and edit product video at a client

We produce inflatable fall cushions for sport purposes (such as ski, snowboard, MTB, trampoline, freefall). We have a client in Mooresville, NC that purchased three of our BigAirBags at their soon to open indoor adventure park. Its called FearLess Adventure Park. The BigAirBags he purchased have three of our latest innovations, of which we need video material. I will either want an edit and raw footage or just the raw footage depending on price. The innovations are a black light reactant paint in the toplayer which will light up in the blacklight. We would want to see this in use with kids jumping but also shots of it without the users. Then we also have 2 safety innovations. One is a mechanical alarm system with a traffic light with sound effect. The traffic light will show when the BigAirBag has enough pressure for the next user to jump. The sound effect will go off when the blowers fail. The traffic light in use, with kids jumping should be filmed. As well as the alarm going off. Last innovation is when the BigAirBag deflates, several “Do Not Jump” logos appear as the BigAirBag deflates. This also needs to be filmed. As I am based in The Netherlands, obviously I can’t be there and can only give you input over the phone/mail. It requires a bit of directing the shots with kids at the location. Also some shots require the BigAirBag blowers to be turned off so an alarm goes off and/or it deflates. We will obviously discuss this with our client too but I will require you to organise the details with my client, including the date of shooting.
