I am Looking for a Shopify Customer Service Specialist and Virtual assistant who can manage customer queries and handle your Shopify store professionally.
We are in the midst of a pre-launch. The initial task will be preparing for the launch and chat email customer support.
Task include but are not limited to:
Shopify Customer Service:
Provide exemplary customer service via email and chat support
Store Management, including Product Listing, Price Update
Shopify Order fulfillment
Managing Refund and Reshipment issues according to your business policy.
Social media management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Outstanding communication skills, virtual assistant capabilities, friendly and professional demeanor.
Willingness to learn other lite task in different productivity applications like Slack, Asana, Jira
Spoken and written English needs to be far above conversational.
Ideally looking for someone that can work up to 10 hrs per week not exceeding USD 100
Task needs to be discussed and hours for task agreed upon. No blind hourly billing. This can potentially be long term
