I feel this experience will lend itself well to your project. I have bid this exceedingly high due to the time commitment I know this will entail. If you have 7 hours of video -- then it will take me 7 hours(maybe less if I can speed up the videos) to capture all of the specifications -- using Agile methods (Scrum) I would likely take screenshots -- for a storyboard (maybe the videos are of people talking -- usually storyboards and whiteboards are used. Then I have to review everything -- for at least 2 hours to ensure I captured everything correctly (and do some validation) Total effort (to get you a quality scope ) is 9 hours. So 9 hours X $25 = $225. ( I could turn this around over a weekend -- or 2 business days. When there are bidders bidding only $88 for the whole thing -- why should you consider hiring me: 1) I can overhaul this process and begin to turn it into a storyboard approach 2) I have over 5 years of Agile (Scrum) experience -- so the goal is to get this into something that is more efficient. 3) You need someone with Agile experience to ensure you capture the hidden issues (and there will be many of these). Some Perspective: It all depends on what you are looking for. In 2011 there was Odesk. Odesk offered these services at $5/ hour (I am not kidding). They had a large center in the Philippines where Ph.D.'s and MBA's were working for $5/ hour.
