Help me recruit/find a CTO/Cofounder for my blockchain platform startup

I am looking for a recruiter, who is familiar with technology and blockchain, to help me shortlist a CTO or Project Manager for my new technology startup. The person will be based in Ahmedabad, at least for 6 months, and then possibly move to the US. I have Naukri recruiter access (resume database) but don’t have the time or skills to find the right person. Hence, I can give you Naukri database access (I am charged per CV so you’ll have to keep it in control and let me know max number of CV views you will need), OR you can use your own if you have Naukri or monsterindia or anything similar. I am a successful entrepreneur who is in the process of launching his new startup which will be based out of San Francisco and Ahmedabad, India. So the incumbent CTO/PM would get an opportunity to move to USA after a few months if the project is successful. I will share the Job Description with the shortlisted freelancer/recruiter, but your role would be to: 1. Review JD and shortlist candidates who are open to working in Ahmedabad, at least for a few months starting in a couple of weeks, as the software development is being outsourced to a company based in Ahmedabad and the incumbent would need work as a part of this (outsourced) company’s team during the development phase in order to get experience. 2. Interview candidates over the phone and shortlist 5-10 candidates I can meet 3. You can schedule skype or face to face meeting between myself and the candidates between June 3-15. Ideally, you must be India based and have experience in recruiting for tech startups. Please let me know how you can help me find the best candidate - if its simply by scanning naukri, it will not work - you need to express taht you have people skills or your bid would not be considered.
