I need a Virtual Assistant to do various tasks for me from day to day. This is not an normal VA position. I am an entrepreneur that runs multiple businesses. So one day you might be answering emails and managing my social media, the next day you might be selling my personal items online, sending gifts, or finding supplies. -------------------------- ABOUT ME: I am a fashion designer that also runs other businesses. Business 1 - I am a Fashion Designer / Bridal Designer who has a Bridal Studio where I design and make wedding dresses. Business 2 - I also help run a busy Finance Brokerage. I hire and train people, and work on business growth. Business 3 - I have a few online businesses selling fashion products. I will also be launching an Amazon business shortly and will need help setting this up. Personal 1 - I am currently moving house and need some help selling some items and organising my life. Personal 2 - I am completing construction on an investment property, which will need to be sold in the next 3 months. --------------------------- I need someone to be to able to do basic tasks like... - answering emails - reporting on stats - doing research - typing notes and completing tasks from voice notes - mail merge I also need someone to help me with personal tasks like.. - booking supplies - selling items online - managing my food diary - various other things.. As you can see this is very varied role which will require someone who can adapt to change and is very well organised. You will need to be: - a thinker and a do'er - organised - responsive - HONEST I am more interested in finding the right person with the right character and personality rather than the right skills. As the skills can be taught. You will need to be available from 10am - 6pm MON - FRI (AEST). You will also be required to be some weekends, pending on urgent work. This is not often. This is a part time position to start, with the possibility of full time.
