Task Tracking Accountability Partner

This is an opportunity for a low skilled worker with reasonable English skills to assist on an ongoing basis with helping to "manage the manager." I would like to have someone who I can share my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with so that they can follow up with me on the progress of each task. I have an over abundance of work at the moment and I need to be able to be completely honest with someone regarding the progress or lack of progress in each. This would require 2 daily zoom meetings. Monday through Friday. One in the morning and the one in the evening Eastern Daylight Time - changing to eastern standard time on November 7th. This would total about 1 to 2 hours a day. Probably 7-10 hours a week. I would share my to do list with you and the importance of each task and I would expect you to ask me about the progress of each of the most important tasks each morning and evening. I would track that progress on my task management software as we discuss each item. I own a web development firm and frequently work with freelancers in places such as Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India. But I also understand that many people in Niger and Nigeria are often good with English but suffer from few job opportunities, so I would like this to be an opportunity for someone who would find great benefit from a consistent job that is low pay by US standards, but meaningful by their local standards.
