I am in need of a virtual assistant to handle phone support for my business during my business hours in my time zone. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from customers and resolving their issues. I do not have any specific guidelines or scripts for handling customer inquiries, but I expect you to be able to handle them professionally and provide excellent customer service. We are located in Brisbane, Australia. Our hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to answer phones, book in appointments, take orders, notes, and other phone based rolls. Ideal skills and experience: - Previous experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations - Familiarity with customer service software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
