1) Test our inbound Customer Service numbers for our SG operations. We need someone to call SG toll free numbers to see if they connect from an SG landline/mobile. This will be on daily basis or as needed on a certain time of the day and submit a report to us. I will be providing the list of numbers to test (probably 10 toll free numbers to start).

2) Virtual Mailing Service - Rent virtual address for postal mails, receive all postal mails, scan and email each item back.
