EB-1 or EB-2 Visa Needed

I have a good friend who is a PhD neuropsychologist from Portugal, specializing in Alzheimer disease, who speaks four languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French and English), is in the US on a student visa with his wife and three children. My friend would like some help getting a permanent US visa but does not want to pay unless he is successful. Because of his qualifications, this may be an EB-1 or EB-2 visa. He has tried to find a sponsor company to hire him to get an H-1B visa but it seems that companies do not want to go through the red tape. Please let me know what you would charge and if you are willing to agree only to be paid if he is successful in obtaining the visa as a direct result of your efforts. I will only pay if a successful visa has been obtained. Please confirm your willingness to accept this project on a contingency basis. No success, no payment.
