Flowroute SMS Project

I need a two-part software project for SMS using Flowroute's ([login to view URL]) SMS API. The first part is a web service built for Microsoft IIS. This web service will be used as the SMS Callback URL in Flowroute's SMS API. The web service will receive SMS messages and store the data in a database. The web service will also receive outgoing SMS messages from a Google Play Store app, store these outgoing messages in the database and deliver them using the Flowroute API. The web service will also receive database queries from the Store app so the the app can be populated with conversations for the requested Flowroute DID. The second part of the project is the Google Play Store app. This app will be used to display the conversations for each Flowroute DID. The user will select the DID for which they want to see the conversations. As described above, when the user sends an SMS message this message will first be delivered to the web service and then the web service will deliver the message using the Flowroute API. The entire project has to be done using Microsoft Visual Studio and source code has to be delivered with project completion.
