Visual Basics 6.0 - FINISH RPG QUEST SYSTEM

I am using the engine " Eclipse Orgins " ER 1.7 coded in Visual Basics 6.0 there is a quest system that looks to be nearly complete wasn't finished. I am looking for the right person to use " Team Viewer " and finish the quest system via Remote Viewing my screen. The quest system does have a tutorial previously written by a user on a forum; this could be useful if you need it. Otherwise you will need to have great debugging skills to find out how far the quest system is, and how to finish it. I came here because I cannot finish it, don't know how, and this is my last option; hopefully the right person will apply and NOT BE TOO COSTLY. - GUI ALREADY EXISTS - 50% OR MORE CODED ALREADY JUST NEEDS TO BE FINISHED, BY YOU!! :D Thanks.
