Build me a sample VUE.js project that includes VUEX

I need a sample Vue.js project that has Vuex. I need it built in a modular structure so I need a folder with the following files. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and index.js. I've included the index file. I would like the project to have two items that store, retrieved and updated the items. The two items can be "Name" and Age'. I need the code for another project so simple is good-- No css. The project does not even need to run. I just need code structure.
