The piece of software is am intellegent web extraction programme similar to this. Use the VIDEO TUTORIALS to get a simple idea of how it works.

I need it to be able to automatically be uploaded to a mysql database on my server as well as the ability to save as excel, text and comma, cvs.

I also need the programme to be sold as a free trial and as complete version. I am willing to share royalties - 20%.
