Bing keeps losing my site

I have a very odd problem. I have 4 different websites, that I will submit to Bing 1 day, and the results will appear. The next day, none are on Bing at all. It states "some results have been removed", but it's all of the results.
One of the 4 sites has yet to show period. I am needing to know what type of issue I am having. Perhaps sitemap? I have generated about 4 different ones, same result.
