Build a Web Based System/Application to Personalise Stickers. Generate a Print Ready File.

I would like a quote for a custom Web Program/Application that would allow me to create a sheet of stickers that I can send to printer, to print and cut. (I only need a print ready file creating, it doesn’t need to send anything to the printer). I am currently setting up a new part of my business which involves printing stickers, and I want to create a system or program that will allow me and some of my employees the ability to create and print stickers, without needing to use Graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. So to keep things simple, I am starting off by selling personalised Social Media Stickers, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc Each sticker has the Social Media branding and is a Circle shape. Each sticker can be personalised with the customers handle. (For example @YOURNAMEHERE). The stickers I sell will either be 38mm diameter circles or 50mm diameter circles. So I need to be able to log in to the system, and create these personalised stickers. Here are some bullet points to key issues, and how I see it working… - Web based script or application that can be logged in to any machine with an internet connection. - The System needs to have two areas. An UPLOAD area which would allow me to upload the sticker designs by name and size to a library/database. (For example Facebook 38mm, Instagram 50mm etc) The second section is the CREATE area. This is where I would select the sticker from the library/database, Add the text required, then save the file as a print ready PDF file, allowing me to choose the location I save the file. - I would create each sticker and each size using Photoshop. So I would create a Facebook circle at 38mm diameter and 50mm diameter. I would do this for all social media platforms. Using the system that you create for me, I would be able to upload these designs to a library/database where they are stored and can be selected at a later date. - Once the library is full of example stickers, there needs to be some sort of form that allows the sticker to be selected and then edited/created. When me or an employee log in to the script, they should go to a CREATE tab. Under this section, there should be a Drop down menu saying SELECT STICKER. Under this drop down it will say Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. Then the next drop down menu will say STICKER SIZE. Under this drop down should be 38mm and 50mm. Once these two have been selected, a third drop down should say HANDLE. This should be a text box, so what ever is written in this field, is displayed on the bottom of the sticker. IT would be good if there was a preview box that showed the sticker with the text on as it was being created. So at this point, this would create one sticker. Next I would then like the system to create a PDF file that is high resolution (300dpi), but the system needs to replicate that sticker so that it fills an A4 sheet. So if I 38mm sticker was selected, it would create an A4 sheet which had 5 stickers in a row and 7 rows on the page. (35 Stickers on the A4 sheet). If the 50mm circle was selected, it would generate a PDF file that had 4 stickers in a row and 5 rows. (20 stickers on an A4 sheet). Once this PDF file had been created, it would allow me to save it to my computer. So that’s basically it. I need a system that will allow me to create a library of stickers, so that when me or my employees log in, they can select a sticker from the library, select the size, and then add some text. This then creates an A4 sheet which the sticker replicated. This file can then be saved to my computer. I can then use that PDF to directly print. I have attached an example of a sticker. Each sticker will have the same layout for all social media stickers. I have also attached an example A4 sheet showing the layouts.
