NFT Collectible Project on OpenSea

Hello. We are looking to hire someone that has experience in illustrating an NFT collectible project that will ultimately contain 3,000 unique pictures (no duplicates and different rarities), randomizing approximately 70 different layers. We have the idea, but need help with the illustrations. We are also looking to hire someone that has experience with the entire technical process of creating and launching an NFT collection on OpenSea. Some, but not necessarily all items will include: Illustrations for the project. Randomizing the layers, with proper metadata of traits and rarities. Creating a smart contract, including testing it to make certain that it works. Uploading the 3,000 unique collectibles to the URL accurately. OpenSea is the platform being used. It is critical that the mint/launch goes smoothly for all users. To summarize, we are looking for a skilled illustrator that can put our vision onto paper then into blockchain. We will also need someone that has the technical knowledge and experience in NFT's and OpenSea to be able to complete and launch our project. Acknowledging that we are looking for potentially 2 different skill sets, we are open to hiring someone for the illustration project, and someone for the technical project.
