Sounds like. DNS issue. Are you using a VPN? If not install a VPN and set it to always on and see if that fixes the issue. I just had the same problem on my android and I resolved it this way.

Seems you have a network firewall blocking some URLs I'd see what IPs does it resolve or not resolve. I'd check DNS server, maybe change to a different server. 1 hour probably, maybe less
