We are looking for a web graphic design company that can handle our daily design tasks.
We are a Scandinavian online shop, currently resent in 6 European countries (5 languages).
We are looking for a graphic team/company that can handle the following tasks:
- Ongoing newsletter campaign design. We are sending approx. 3 newsletters each week (6 countries).
Design tasks for each campaign: Using our campaign text, you should create the graphic for the newsletter (for each language/country).
- Website elements. For each campaign we need specific campaign elements for different parts of the website (for each language/country).
- Banners / landing pages: For some of the campaigns we need banners and landing page elements.
- Newsletter design for standard newsletter programs (welcome email and more).
Important info (To quality for this job):
- The design team should be able to design the campaigns, so that they fix into our existing brand style, using our Brand manual.
- Should be able to work in day time "central European time".
- Have the capacity to do the work on an ongoing basis.
Test task:
- To select the right design team, we will choose 4 candidates among the "bidders" to do a test. We will provide you with all the test information. Then you will design the test newsletter graphic and a graphic element for our website.
After the test we will pick the winner.
You should place a bid for 1 person working full time (monthly fee). (Later we will decide on the number of necessary resources, between 1-3 persons.
To qualify for the test you should PM with some basic info about your company/setup and include some relevant samples. Also start your PM with "outsourcing" so that we know that you have read the full project description.
