Banner Designs for Our eCommerce Website Affiliate Programs

We are looking for banners to offer our affiliate program members.
We currently have 6 Websites we need banners for:

This means you will have to create a total of 6 sets of 10 banners. These banners have to be SUPER high-quality and each Website will need the following sizes:
2 banners @ 468x60
2 banners @ 728x90
1 banner @ 250x250
1 banner @ 300x250
1 banner @ 336x280
1 banner @ 160x100
1 banner @ 120x600
1 banner @ 125x125
The preferred file size is less than 50k. We would prefer something animated, but we would also consider static banners if the bid/price is good.
Please provide your price for all 6 sets of banners (one for each site).
IMPORTANT!!!
1. We will only consider people with some type of portfolio to show us.
2. We will need ALL source PSD files.
3. Payments can be made via PayPal or GAF. But, we will only pay upon approval of each banner set.
NOTE: We plan on building out 200+ Websites like this so there will be plenty of business for the right person(s).
