Search Engine Optimization/Web Re-Designing

We have a B2B web site selling mostly Apparel & Accessories at strictly wholesale prices. We ship nationwide (USA) and worlwide. We are looking for someone to help us fully optimize our web site so that we can get top positions on the major search engines. We are also interested in Links programs and improving our ranking on Alexa. Additionally we would like our web site to be fully optimized for foreigh search engines, specially those in Europe, Japan and Asia. We would also like our web site to be redesigned, more professional looking and adding more fuctionality, etc. We do have a shopping cart with over 2,000 items, we will leave the shopping cart as is for the time being; it is working very well for us.
