We are looking for an skilled graphics artist who can redesign one web page and create the HTML for this page. The current web page that we want to redesign is attached as a jpeg file.
We want the new page to make better use of layout and color. There is NO new functionality.
We are looking for a distinctive design; one that is professional, and unique, and easy for us to implement with the current code behind.
You must include a sample of your previous work. We will not consider a bidder without one.
