Website Design - Pressure Washing

Looking for a simple website for a small business I am trying to get started. Also oppurtunity for future work with updates/logo design/ etc and not limited to just website design for future projects. Please only make bids for a website design though. I have a idea for the layout and can discuss further the exact layout when the project is ready to start. I would like the website to look professional and include some basic pages a customer could navigate between easily. Please keep in mind I would like the website to have a specific page to show pictures of jobs before/after. The business is quiet simple which is exterior cleaning with a pressure washer. I plan on including basic pages with contact information, about us, pictures, services, etc... Since this is a start-up business I need someone who is willing to apply a few updates within the next few weeks or explain. I have a very wide range of education with programming, web design, and computers in general, but simply do not have the time to devote or professionalism in order to make a website in such a short time frame. I am hoping to complete this project in the next week. I would like the designer to work as they please and design what they feel looks best. I am not request a whole lot and would rather see someone use their creativity as a way of developing the website. There will be a few standards regarding the layout. The color scheme can be discussed further, but I would like to let the designer decide. The business will be located out of Pittsburgh, PA and the business name goes along with the location. Thus the main colors will probably be along the lines of black/gold/yellow/etc... This site does not need to be coded any specific way, but user friendly is a great choice. This is the first time I've opened a project on here. I hope to get a solid response and look forward to meeting someone to handle this. Again, I am not requesting a whole lot so please bear with me on the short time frame. Please make sure you are willing to apply 2-3 updates or explain briefly how I can make the changes. I have some knowledge with website design and alot of experience with photoshop, but need some things re-elaborated in order for me to update the website myself. This project will almost certainly lead to other projects with logo design / t-shirt design / etc. Please remember I am looking to complete this project within the next week or less.
