Seeking a part-time, project based WordPress expert to implement themes, content, images, and plugins as needed. This expert will support projects to deploy websites for small businesses. Mockups and a theme will be provided w/ content for each project. Required: - Extensive experience with WordPress site setup: installing & configuring themes. Wordpress administration. Installing plugins and version updates. - Experience with popular WordPress hosting, such as WP Engine - Understanding business and user requirements - Basic to advanced understanding of Front-End and UX Design to achieve client’s website goals. - Use of responsive design - Portfolio or examples of prior WordPress sites produced is required - General expectations is that you must be able to take on projects within 2 days of submission, and complete within 2 days. Details can be discussed. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Website Security - HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP and MySQL - Graphic Design - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PPT etc. - Marketing knowledge
