Online School Management System in Java

I am looking for few specific modules to be integrated to my existing Cloud based School Management System. The existing framework & technology used is Java with MySql along with Spring and Hibernate Frameworks. I am looking for module specific delivery along with SOURCE CODE and a bit of help with integration to the existing system. (Time is an important constraint.)
Modules Needed:
1) Accounts Module - ( Fee Management + Payroll Management + Accounts Management )
2) Transport Module
3) Library Module
4) Inventory Module
The development should be highly robust, secured and scale-able.
NOTE:
1) The project is not from scratch and many features have already been developed.
2) Each main feature will have a milestone.
3) Most detail on how to implement each feature will be given to developer.
