build an authentication portal for shopify that corresponds to QR codes

I need a place on my website for product authentication. We use shopify sot it hasto be coded to take a user to our website. We will have a unique QR code for each and every individual product, meaning if we make 1 million product of the same SKU we will have 1 million different QR codes. We want a database where we can load all the QR codes so that the system. When a customer scans the QR we want it to direct to an authenticator webpage that lets the customer know how many times that QR has been scanned - if it has been scanned less then 10 times its says authentic and displays a green banner, more than 10 scans less than 50 says warning and shows a yellow banner, over 50 says contact us this product is not authentic and displays contact info.
