Build Me A E-Commerce Wordpress Site With WooCommerce and Elemental Pro

I want a website redeveloped from one we've done previously. There are two parts to the website. The first is the retail site where people are able to buy our products directly from us. The second is a wholesale site. They both contain the exact same information, except not all of the products on the retail site are copied onto the wholesale site....only the ones we want to sell wholesale. The products have a retail price, and a wholesale price. The retail site only displays the retail price and postage costs, and the wholesale site displays only the wholesale price. Anyone can access the retail site, however, only people who register with us, and need to be approved by us are allowed access to the wholesite via a username and password. They can reset their password if they need to. The wholesale site needs to have a Minimums and Maximums WooCommerce plug-in installed as well, so we can set a minimum number of products a shop can buy from us using the wholesale website. Both sites need to work with WooCommerce. Both sites need to take customer orders, create an invoice and packing slip for us. The packing slip needs to have product barcodes printed on each of the products so we can use a barcode scanner to keep stock control and make sure the order is correctly filled. Both sites need to be able to port the customer contact information into our Zoho CRM so we can send them email newsletters. Both sites need to have a subscribe to newsletter function. The retail site needs to also sync with Facebook Shop and Google Shop, but link the products back to our website for people to finalise their purchase. We also require the retail site to fully work with Australia Post API for our postage. We require full Google Analytics on the site, and the controls to increase our Google search results. We need full access to all plug-ins, and no secret hidden code that stops the site from working if we don't continue using the person we choose to build this site. All paid and free plug-ins will need to be registered under our email address. We will want Elemental Pro installed so we can use this to update and add new products. We will need to be able to change themes every year easily, without it causing problems. We will need other features such as WC-F Shipping Bar | Copy Protection | A Pop-Up Builder | The Ability To Create Coupons | The Ability To Create Categories for Products | An Image Slider For The Front Page | ZoHo Connectivity | Wordfence | The Ability To Create New Pages From A Style | The Ability To Completely Export Our Site Out For ReDeployment Should It Be Needed | Forms Creation (Contact forms etc) The Ability To Create Gift Cards (Pimwick) | Happy to pay for PRO Versions of plug-ins, provided they WORK and will not create issues for us. Hosting will need to be on Cloudflare. Whoever we choose to build this, will also need to be available for ongoing maintenance and repairs and new installs and testing of new plug-ins, and also create a Sandbox version of the site for updates testing before deployment to the main site. Access to our current website can be made available to see what kind of site we will be needing to the people we choose to short-list during final deliberations.
