I want A System which consists of following functionalities. [login to view URL](no login) raise a complaint request. [login to view URL](have login) gets the request from User, If he can able to solve the complaint, he can solve & mark it as [login to view URL] Complaint is not correct one, he can mark it as rejected with comments. [login to view URL] user is not satisfied with the Resolver, He can escalate it to Manager, Manager can resolve. Users in this System [login to view URL](No login) [login to view URL](with login) [login to view URL](with login)- 3 Persons I need application with Java and Web services. Timeline is Max 15 Days
