Build an MVP

The purpose of this project is to create an MVP.
There will be two types of users:
User - Authenticated member of the site that can create events
Admin - The site admin (can control the site and do everything that a user can do)
The features that are needed are:
Search for events
User accounts (including signup)
Admin panel
Filter events by organiser/type/category
Blog (for admin to post only)
Event page
The stories that will need to be able to be done will be:
A user should be able to register for the site
A user should be able to recover a password
A user should be able to update their profile and details
A user should be able to search for events
A user should be able to create events when logged in
A user should be able to save events they are interested in when logged in
A user should be able to edit events they have created when logged in
A user should be able to delete events they have created when logged in
An admin should be able to create/update/delete all events when logged in
An admin should be able to do all that a user can
An admin should be able to see usage statistics and control all users/events from an admin panel
An admin should be able to create/update/delete blogs on the site
An admin should be able to edit the available categories/types that are available for the event pages
An admin should be able to select 'featured' events to show up on the home page.
Note: there will be no payments in this MVP - just a clickable button that will take users to another site to pay. I will want to have payments in future versions though.
Language: Ruby on Rails - I am open to others though
High level indicative wireframes attached in PDF (not exhaustive).
Style wise - a framework like bootstrap is fine using mainly white space
