Build a WordPress plugin, that recites and/or shows in a selected number of different languages ‌(including sign language) in lines of different colours, a selected number of times or continuously, or from A to Z or randomly, or for a set time, sentences or paragraphs, or pictures or words of playing cards or a selected amount of sign language, word definitions, high-lighted text, pictures or videos, or the thesaurus of words, or single words and/ or sentences or paragraphs or times tables multiplication selected from a built-in source, or external input of voice, or text, or file in any format. It must spell and/or show the word or letter of the word definition it is reciting and/or displaying. It must play sets of previously played definitions, videos etc in the same manner. It must spell the definition and tell the type of word it is, e.g. verb, adjective, noun etc with an option not to do this. It must also work with Morse code. When reciting it should spell or show the names of symbols ![{]};:'@#~\|,<.>/?"*()_=+. It must have a slider option to set play speed. It must translate all languages into all other languages in sound, text, etc. It must allow music to be played and/or the websites videos while it works and an option not to do this and/or use a thesaurus for giving all the synonyms of the word or phrase typed, spoken or selected with their meanings from the the built-in source. It should be able to be set for a certain number of simultaneous instances. It must have as many male and female voices of only children's voices with the speed range able to be set. It must be able to work with smart televisions, phones, computers and audio systems. Text colour should be distinctly different per line, plus it must use vocal input. It must be able to be set for play before the watching of any videos. The plugin should be made in visual studio. It must be able to have and start a conversation in a chosen number of languages simultaneously. It must function with all subjects of education in the same manner. It must be able to take all types of information from all sources and arrange it in an orderly fashion e.g. alphabetically, numerically and quantitively and/or spaciously and colour coded. It must use all symbols of keyboards of all languages, and arrange them in every order and scan them like an SEO plugin deleting the incorrect ones and chooses the grammatically arranged and punctuated correctly ones to display and be chosen through a search. It must work with all sounds in the same manner. The plugin must create the users voice by using an English sentence having all the units of sounds of all languages. You must give the price you want to be paid for building the plugin and not ask for my budget.
