Hi, In these types of alert based or announcement based platforms, like icoalert, we also see "Join the token sale". So, there has to be another kind of user who is joining the platform and providing his details to get listed in expired or upcomming ICO list. Also, "View website", "view reports" are also to be made my admin ? Is there any payment gateways required? Awaiting your response. I am very much confident to make this website in JAVA. I would go with any top level PHP Frameworks like Zend or Symfony because these are used to make highly scalable and enterprise level softwares. I would like to use PHP 7 instead of PHP 5 becasue it is twice faster than PHP 5. For the database I would like to use MySQL or MongoDB. For the front-end I could use any available design frameworks to make the application responsive. I am looking forward to hearing from you to start off whenever you want.
