Build a simple meme generator site

Build a webpage which allows to create a simple meme based on a specific image. The meme generator has to have the following features: 1. Allow to add 5 titles to an image in predefined points. 2. Have text fields to edit the titles. The text fields come with predefined values that can be changed. 3. Have a preview in real-time. 4. Be RTL and in hebrew (I will provide the text). 5. Use the Assistant font by Google Fonts and have the text in a predefined size. 6. Have buttons to share the meme as an image in the following social media networks: Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter. For Facebook and Twitter the post with the image has to have a predefined hashtag. The webpage with the meme generator has to have the following elements (all text in Hebrew): 1. A headline and some explanation text. 2. A live preview of the meme. 3. Five text fields with titles that change the meme. The first text field needs to have a question mark button to its left, on hovering it shows a box with a sentence of text. 4. Buttons to share the currently created meme on social media (see #6 in previous list). 5. Buttons to share the meme creator page on social media. 6. Responsive - Work and display in a good way on phones and tablets.
