Build me a website JUST HTML and CSS

I am a web developer myself. I want a website for myself to introduce my abilities and services. I will write the whole code and everything myself. I need a web graphic designer to make a website in HTML and CSS. He has to create all the pages and sections. These are the sections: Homepage: About me: introduce my self a picture and some explanation almost my CV Services: this is a section with these sub pages: * web performance consultancy * cache expert * cloud computing * architecture consultancy * Help you to build a Dev team contact: has the information of contact. this is a typical contact page articles: this is a section that shows a list of my articles * each article has its own page, which is a picture and text about the design: simple design is important readability of texts, technical matters: you have to use CSS and HTML please dont use those application that creates html for you like Frontpage or dreamveawer use div instead of table proper naming in CSS classes and ids readability of CSS is important Payment is done in some stages: 1- when you start , 2- when you design a template 3- when you create actual home page and couple of other pages, 4- when you finish all the pages. On each stage I have to confirm the quality.
