I have over 25 years experience with computer systems both hardware and software.
I have experience with the support and instruction design and maintenance websites as well set up and maintaining of functional spreadsheets and database programs.
I am very proficient in the use of the English language both written and verbalized. Excellent communication and teaching skills. On the help desk for Best Buy we frequently reloaded images for POS systems, did troubleshooting all retail hardware, including wireless access points, back-office software, telxon guns etc.
I also over six years technical call centre help-desk ticketing software, updating knowledge-base, researching ticket solutions while logging calls.
Experience using remote software PC Anywhere, VNC, Teamviewer, Anydesk as well as ticket management software.
I have a passion for finding electronic solutions for manual tasks and providing training and support for users.
While taking courses in community college was hired by local administrator to teach evening computer 2-3 week courses local college and surrounding town college centres.
Volunteer work – Instructed a weekly volunteer Public speaking course course for 5yrs
Joined volunteer online discussion forum to assist new all Windows 3.1 to Windows 10 users with technical issues.
