Creating New Web (template given)

Hello to all fellow talented web designer! I have just started on a network marketing business and needed a website for it. Here is the template of the website that I want you guys to create [login to view URL]%7Ethbpinco/LLI2/Design_T/ This is the design and organization of the webpage that I want to have. Important things to note: The layout must be similar Audio testimonial is critical I will want to add few pictures and wordings of my own Help me set up web hosting with email integration Set me up with auto-responders Lead generation box must be fully operational I am new to internet marketing and you must be willing to be patient to help and teach me how to use auto-responders when leads come through. I need to know also how much your charge for simple maintenance of the webpage you created. i.e adding few pictures to it and editing the wordings for me. The person who works with me will be having a long term prospects with me as all associates that sign up with me will be creating their own websites and I will personally refer them to you.
