We need an online fully operating crypto currency exchange platform featuring following assets. 1- Security 2- 1 Fiat currency 3- 6 alt coin pairs 4- installation and support on AWS or google servers. 5- mobile app. 6- custom UI 7- cold-warm-hot wallet creation 8- 2 factor authentication and sms login authentication 9- Trade bot API integration. ie: Leonardo 10- Bank api and credit card api integration possible 11- Bank wire acceptable.. 12- realtime customer support and ticket system... 13- Background operating bot for arbitrage For the exchange: 2 part milestones accepted 30% to start and another 70% at delivery and the rest of milestone AFTER it gets penetration tested against any bugs or security issues.
