Customise/build a Wix website

Hello, I'm in need of a talented individual who can create/customise my existing Wix website. I essentially need someone with Wix talent to create the mold for our business website, so that I may fill that mold with my desired content. Throw in lightboxes, hoverboxes, anchors - the works, just to get me started. I know how many pages I'll need (4) and what content I will populate within the pages. I have a polished logo and the desired colour scheme ready. My website isn't anything relating to e-commerce, the only thing I will be 'selling' is my businesses services. I want a professional looking website to encourage visitors to get their home services through me. I intend to generate interest so customers are confident to liaise with myself getting their home. I also need my customers to have the ability to email me their contact information/subscribe to an email list so if I have hot offers, I'll be able to see who's provided their email. The website needs to look professional but approachable as we will be working with clients who are inexperienced and need our services, also as it relates to big ticket item (a house) they need to have confidence in our site as people tend to base their opinions of a business based on the professionalism of the website initially.
