I am looking for someone to develop a e-commerce app with nice ui/ux design with an admin panel.

I understand that the app will need the following:
1 - Admin panel with different user roles (admin/editor/content creator etc.)
2. Mobile app
3. Website ( not entirely essential )
I am very selective when it comes to UI/UX so I am wondering if you could use a ready-made ui kit ( XD-Sketch ) to ease the process. if that works then take a look at:
App kit :

Admin panel kit:

The admin panel should cover:
product inventory - new orders - accounts management - order status - order tracking system - invoicing - commissions - banners - hot products - new products - contact ticketing system - payment methods (COD and local payment method) etc.
App wire framing will be provided or I would appreciate any further ideas.
Note:
- I am looking for a flutter app ( android + iOS)
- I am interested in further service support (paid separately)
- Further more app updates after source code delivery.
- Budget is flexible to more than the premium package/gig to a certain extent.
- App needs to support RTL ( Arabic translation will be provided )
- app workflow could be provided.
