We are a small architectural services, real estate & technical consulting firm ready to take the next step into our future. -THE MARKET is USA homeowners & small businesses for safety, security & storm preparation products, info & services. Also, home automation, IPv6 IoT, cord-cutters for TV & entertainment, wireless, home offices & the modern lifestyle. -SITE TO WORK WITH eCommerce fulfillment centers & distributors APIs for drop ship & credit card processors, PayPal & banks for auto payments. Will also be used for field sales ordering on a laptop or tablet PC. You can work P/T. This is a REMOTE ANYWHERE position. Delivery must be consistent to project plan. -MUST HAVE min. 2+ years of solid experience with eCommerce website design & dev (FULL STACK). Open to your recommendations. SEO is required as well. *Not locked-in on any platform. We require mainstream apps & platforms for ease of growth. We have heavy IT infrastructure & cloud technical experience – we will plan that part. -WILL START WITH 150 -200 products to launch. Project is the initial website to work out early issues & be used to make new partners, get funding, PR & hire new sales reps. May have up to 2500 products and 25 services over the next 18 months. Each client will have a membership account with shopping cart & saved purchase history. -SIMILAR TO how Amazon & eBay present products; image with white background, description & price below. We want a website that is easy to update & add, remove items as necessary. -ALSO, TO BE USED for direct (outside & inside) sales & indirect (self-service) sales ordering should be compatible with Google maps or Waze, etc. and Gmail, Outlook, etc. (Apple). This can also be used to confirm memberships, addresses & confirmation messages for orders, billing & delivery addresses of customers. -CURRENTLY, WE PLAN a newsletter & events section/links as well as many informational reference links to sites with graphics, weather radar possibly some embedded into our site. A long scroll down is desired for pages instead of many page changes (optional at startup phase). Customer recommendations (1-5 stars) & comments should be part of this project and can be added now or later.
