Hi there, online and ready to get started ASAP. I have many years web development experience including many custom WP themes and plugins. I have read and understand your thumbnails are squashed on the site. I will plan to fix it by maintaining the image dimensions so that they are reduced in size but the aspect ratio is the same. It is quite a simple fix. If you can let me know the site URL I can take a look at the thumbnails and see how they are squashed and come up with the solution.
