About the job We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to handle creative adaptations of posts for social media (Facebook, Instagram), email and display banners for the [login to view URL] website as well as for Google Display Network and other programmatic platforms. Images in our twice weekly emails are updated frequently. You must have a thorough understanding of Facebook ad guidelines, Google Display Network, and advanced skills related to layout, design and creative execution. You will be actively involved in creating campaigns that are measurable and used in different A/B or multivariate testing. You will work with the CMO to set the creative direction for various types of outreach, including always-on, omni-channel campaigns. Additionally you will work on ways to improve User Experience on the website and help with measurable ways to improve the customer journey. Key Skills: BA in Graphic Design or 3 to 4 years design experience for websites and ecommerce digital advertising (prior start-up experience a plus) Social Media advertising experience such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram Excellent eye for key images and attention-getting campaign ideas Proficiency in Spoken and Written English (Mandarin Chinese a plus) Strong design background, layout, typography and color theory Knowledgeable and proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc…) HTML, CSS and Javascript a plus UX and Website interaction design is a plus Knowledge of Google Analytics and similar tools a plus Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
