Graphic Designer full time job

Job Title: Graphic Designer Type of Position: Full-Time Daily Reporting and Accountability: A daily report will be submitted by the worker at the end of each day – this is done primarily through the software we use (Asana) which is very easy to use Proposed Compensation: $200- $350/mo to start with quick bonus and pay raise after first 1 - 3 months of working together successfully. Bonuses for milestones achieved also will be awarded! Daily Work Description: Our company is growing quickly. We’re glad to say it’s all primarily through word-of-mouth! We specialize in working with small to mid-sized businesses and helping them market online. We're looking for an experienced Graphic designer. Ideally, this person has the following qualifications:  Fluent in English – this is the #1 most important attribute  Logo design  Banner design Business card Design  Flyer design  Web design  Ability to handle multiple projects  Ability to create reports on a monthly basis  Willing to be accountable for all work  Willing to communicate any challenges encountered  Willing to learn and improve at skills required for job (learning tools & training resources will be provided)  Desire to be part of a quickly growing company All work done for this position is based off of a checklist based system. It’s very easy to follow. The person hired for this position will be communicating directly to the owner of the company. Clear open communication is a must.
